Holistic Wellness Director & Store Manager
Athanassia Vogiatzi
Athanasia is a holistic wellness expert with a multifaceted background in infant massage instruction, Reiki, and meditation. With over a decade of experience in meditation, she offers both group and individual sessions, focusing on helping people discover their inner peace and enhance their overall well-being. Athanasia is passionate about guiding parents in building strong, confident connections with their children through her specialized training in infant massage. Fluent in Greek, English, and German, she brings a compassionate and inclusive approach to her work at the Thousand Days Project.

Aquatic Fitness & Child Development Specialist
Sotiris Nikolaou
Sotiris is a dedicated professional with a degree in Sports Science from the University of Nicosia. His passion for aquatic fitness and child development drives his work, where he combines his expertise in infant swimming, hydrotherapy, and water aerobics to help children thrive in and out of the water. Trained in first aid and lifeguarding, Sotiris is committed to ensuring a safe and enriching environment for young swimmers, where they can build strength, coordination, and confidence. His ongoing pursuit of knowledge through continuous education ensures that he brings the latest techniques and insights to his teaching.

Theofania Georgiou
Theofania brings a unique blend of talents to her role at the Thousand Days Project, where she has been nurturing children's development for the past two years. With 10 years of competitive swimming experience and a passion for helping children grow stronger both physically and mentally, Theofania combines her expertise in swimming with her studies in Occupational Therapy at the European University of Cyprus. Outside of work, she is deeply involved in music, theater, and competitive karate, where she excels at a national and international level. Theofania's diverse interests and commitment to excellence make her a dynamic and inspiring figure for the children she teaches.

Anna Moutaftsi
Anna is a final-year student in Physical Education and Sports Science, with a deep-rooted passion for swimming that began at the age of 4. As a professional swimmer and instructor, Anna is dedicated to teaching swimming to young children, particularly infants. She is inspired by the numerous benefits swimming offers, such as physical strength, motor skills development, and overall well-being. Anna's approach is centered on making learning fun and engaging for children, ensuring that every session is filled with joy and progress. Her training in first aid and infant swimming complements her academic background, making her a well-rounded and knowledgeable educator.

Scientific Director
Dr. Panayiotis Yiangou
Dr. Panagiotis Yiangou graduated from the University of Crete Medical School in 1999. He continued his training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg and the Polyclinico Umberto Primo in Rome. He later returned to Greece as a resident at the University of Athens' Pediatric Clinic at "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital, where he worked in various departments including pediatric oncology, infectious diseases, pediatric AIDS, neonatal ICU, and outpatient care. Dr. Yiangou was actively involved in medical student education and presented at Greek and international conferences. In 2008, he returned to Cyprus and worked at the Prodromos Pediatric Clinic, while also serving as an on-call pediatrician at the Aretaeio Hospital. He became a visiting lecturer at Frederick University in 2011 and a lecturer at the University of Nicosia's Medical Department in 2014, in collaboration with St George's University in London. Since 2017, he has been a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Medicine. Additionally, he volunteers as a Neonatal Life Support (NLS) instructor, collaborating with the Cyprus and European Resuscitation Council.

Dr. Ioannis Choustoulakis
Ioannis Choustoulakis was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. He graduated with honors from G. D’Annunzio University (Chieti, Italy) and specialized in Child Psychiatry at the Third Clinic of the Attica Child Psychiatric Hospital, receiving his Child Psychiatrist certification in 2010. During his specialty training, he worked in Adult Psychiatry at the Tripoli Psychiatric Hospital and in Neurology at the same hospital. He also spent a year as a Resident Child Psychiatrist at the Hellenic Center for Mental Health and Research in Piraeus. He worked in the adolescent clinic and addiction clinic at Priory North London Hospital, where he also completed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) training. Additionally, he served as a physician in the Eating Disorders Clinic for children, adolescents, and adults at Priory Hayes-Grove Hospital in the UK. From 2010 to 2024, Dr. Choustoulakis ran his own Child Psychiatry Center in Athens, working as the Director in collaboration with all specialties of Child Mental Health. Since 2017, he has been a licensed Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist with a qualification recognized by the European Council of Hypnotherapists.
